Start on your phone: capture or upload the product, add color, size, and local-currency price, then open the store. When an order arrives, its item options, payment method, country address, and operational movement stay in one record. Once complete, download a clear receipt rather than retyping the same information.

Does Shop Tek take a percentage of each sale?
No. Shop Tek is a fixed annual subscription for the core platform. We are not a marketplace intermediary and do not hold shopper funds. Any payment, messaging, or shipping provider fee remains between you and that provider.
Is the storefront Arabic only?
Arabic is the starting point and RTL is native, not an afterthought. You can add English product and interface content, and the design mirrors direction coherently for English visitors.
What happens after the free trial?
A current subscription is required to keep using the admin. You can export your data before final termination. The grace and suspension behavior is explained in the terms and subscription page.
Can I use my own drivers instead of a carrier?
Yes. Own-driver mode is part of the core product: assign the order to a driver on your team and follow its status and collection amount. Automated external carrier networks depend on providers and are not part of the launch promise.
