Trial and continuation terms

Know what happens before day one and after day fourteen

The trial is not a deliberately weakened version of the core product. It is intended for testing a complete store journey before an annual decision, while external provider boundaries remain explicit.

During the trial

Create the store, enter its admin, and use setup, catalog, and orders over 14 days. You do not enter a card and no automatic card charge begins. Any live send through an external provider still requires an account with that provider.

When you subscribe

The subscription uses the published annual price and currency for the store market. It does not grow with sales value, and Shop Tek does not deduct money from each order. External provider charges remain between merchant and provider.

If you do not renew

Admin access stops according to the grace and suspension behavior documented in the terms. Data is not deleted the instant a subscription ends, and it can be exported before final termination under the retention policy.

As your team grows

The core plan supports Owner, Manager, Staff, Driver, and Viewer roles. Any actual seat or product limit follows the same subscription configuration enforced by the system; this page does not add a number absent from the plan offer.

Add-ons and external costs

An add-on is not a second plan, and an external cost is not a hidden fee

You pay separately only when you choose a service that needs dedicated setup or a third-party provider. It should appear in a quote or provider account before activation.

Third-party provider fees

Based on your provider agreement

A messaging provider, payment gateway, or carrier may charge separately. Shop Tek does not blur those fees into the annual plan and does not present cards or live messaging before activation is complete.

What you do not need to buy to complete the store

Catalog, options, retail and wholesale pricing, stock, orders, own-driver delivery, and invoices are not separate paid modules. They are part of the reason the core plan exists.

A useful comparison

Compare operating cost, not only the opening number

When comparing Shop Tek with another platform, add the applications needed for variants, wholesale pricing, COD operations, invoices, and Arabic. Then separate provider fees you would pay in either case. The annual headline does not tell the story if the cheaper platform needs a collection of add-ons to complete an order.

Also ask who owns the customer relationship. Shop Tek is not a marketplace aggregating stores and does not take a share of the order. Your store is independent and its data is isolated. Shopper money moves through the methods you enable, while you remain responsible for products, tax, and policies.

Finally, compare time. If staff retype an order from chat to spreadsheet to invoice, cost is more than tool subscriptions. It includes mistakes, packing delay, and lost refusal reasons. Shop Tek earns its value by keeping those steps in one record.

Pricing questions

No small print that changes the meaning of the plan

These answers support a clear offer before signup. The terms of use and subscription policy remain the legal reference at launch.

Is the Shop Tek price monthly or yearly?

The published price for each market is annual, not monthly. External provider charges remain outside the plan because they depend on the merchant provider account.

Does an automatic bill begin after trial?

We do not request a card to begin the trial, so there is no automatic card charge on day fourteen. The store needs a current subscription to continue after trial.

Is there a commission on order value?

Shop Tek does not deduct a percentage from your sales. An external payment, messaging, or delivery network may have its own charge under your agreement, but that does not become a platform commission.

Can I export data if I stop?

Yes. The store provides a data export path. Export should happen before final termination, and retention and deletion timing follows the privacy policy and terms.
